Cheech & Chong Classic: "The Welfare Office"

There's a hell of a lot going on in this scene from "Next Movie", a scene which is possibly one of the greatest - albeit relatively unknown - in comedy history. Watch out for the black guy doing the crazy sound effects on the right, otherwise very well known from a fairly awful (but more well known) series of movies: "Police Academy". The old man though is my favorite character in the scene, laughing at everything and nothing.
